PF ABiMS invited to BioStream!

On 4 March, Erwan Corre, head of ABiMS in Roscoff (29), an IFB member platform, was one of the guests on BioStream. The topic of this new episode of the monthly live show (broadcast on YouTube and Twitch) by Jeunes Bioinformaticiens de France (JeBiF) was ‘What is a bioinformatics platform?’.
Alongside Édouard Hirchaud (ANSES – Ploufragan) and Damien Hinsinger (EPGV platform – INRAE), the guests shared their experiences of the role and organisation of bioinformatics platforms, the technical challenges (data volume, reproducibility, AI) and the human and scientific issues associated with these essential research infrastructures.
