ELIXIR’s continued success requires a dynamic and skilled workforce in all areas and roles within ELIXIR. The CoS People Pulse focuses on the essential aspects of people development:

Improve the integration process, which is the gateway for newcomers to the ELIXIR network.
Define roles that meet a wide range of expertise.
Develop innovative training concepts adapted to ELIXIR’s challenges.
Sharing successes and best practices from people development initiatives.

The PeoplePulse project underscores ELIXIR’s commitment to fostering the development of a skilled, diverse, and collaborative community of collaborators. By addressing key aspects such as onboarding, role definition, ELITMa training, the acquisition of organizational and managerial skills by ELIXIR node staff, and impact assessment training, ELIXIR aims to strengthen its internal capabilities and significantly advance research and innovation in bioinformatics.
