Project description
Ferments du Future is a public-private partnership built to accelerate research and innovation in ferments, fermented foods and biopreservation, thereby promoting sustainable and healthy food.
The IFB is responsible for the FAIR integration and sharing of food fermentation data generated by the project, i.e., sharing and dissemination guidelines, creation of a data warehouse and access to state-of-the-art analysis pipelines.
