Project description
The project is structured around five use cases related to different stages of the cancer patient journey, from prevention and early detection to diagnosis and treatment. The use cases cover common data flows in cancer research, which will serve as a basis for future projects. EOSC4Cancer will facilitate the discovery and access of genomic, imaging, medical, and clinical data by leveraging and enhancing existing interoperable systems, including federated systems, which would support the use and reuse of cancer-related data for research activities.
