Project description

This project aims to continue, extend and intensify the collaborations previously initiated between ELIXIR activities (Bioschemas.org, bio.tools, TeSS, systems biology, ISA tools, etc.) and the toxicological community. It aims to organize a series of online webinars and on-site workshops in collaboration with ELIXIR platforms in order to:

  • demonstrate and disseminate FAIR compliance of toxicological research results (not limited to data)
  • develop guidelines for research results management plans (software, standards, etc.)
  • develop a roadmap, training and best practices to prepare toxicology services for EOSC
  • optimize and synchronize toxicology educational resources in a collection based on ELIXIR TeSS
  • leverage/train the toxicology community on systems biology resources/tools within ELIXIR to support the quantitative design of adverse effect pathways and their use for risk assessment

Participation of ELIXIR-FR

  • WP5: Organize one of the workshops on the theme “Exploiting systems biology models for toxicology”.
