The management of supervisory institutions, in particular to organise their defence in the event of a dispute, inspection or proceedings initiated by a supervisory authority.

The processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller.

Data retention

  • for the contact form : max. 1 year
  • registrations to newsletters : until the person concerned requests to unsuscribe.
  • for participation to events : 1 month after the end of the event.
  • Content : For organisation charts and directories, max. the date of the individual’s departure; for other news items, max. 5 years.
